Error Message - Error 81 connecting while logging in

Issue: When trying to log into the GVD application, I am receiving the login error “Error 81 connecting to globalvision.co”

Resolution: Only use your username and not your full email. For example, Tom Cruise is trying to log in with tcruise@globalvision.co as the username. The username to use is tcruise and then enter in the password.
