License error: All licenses in use

Issue: I am trying to log into GlobalVision and I am getting an error message “License error: All licenses in use”.

Background: This message indicates that the number of licenses purchased are currently all in use. For example, Company XYZ purchased 2 licenses and 2 people are currently logged in. If a third person tries to log into GlobalVision, they will receive the message “License error: All licenses in use”

Resolution: The Administrator has the ability to release the license for someone else to use.

  1. Log in as the Administrator

  2. Select Menu, click Administration, and open User Manager

 

 3. Select the user that is Online and would like to release their license so that they are highlighted.

  1. Click the top right End user session
