AI-Powered Features:
Automated Embedded Image Comparison detects and compares embedded images in documents when running a Text Compare, integrating graphics and text comparison in one seamless step.
The ability to check against annotations allows you to verify whether intended changes in the Source file have been correctly applied to the New file.
AI-powered results reduction cuts unnecessary differences in Text Compare by up to 80%.

Custom Statuses now allow you to track and action differences, preventing overlooked inspection results while keeping your review process smooth and organized.
New Reporting Options and Workflow allow you to gain complete control over your report details with customizable options tailored to your needs.
Highlights for Text Differences eliminate the need for tedious manual reviews to gain context about a difference as they are now more pronounced and obvious.

Support for ZIP files containing SPL documents and CSV files allows you to upload all your necessary files without the need for manual document conversions.
Add to Existing Text Zones to ensure seamless Text Compare processes even when content spans multiple pages or different formats.
Exclude headers and footers with a single click in the file upload stage.
New loading bar tracks your inspection speed in real time.
Updated Difference Cards make viewing results more intuitive.
We removed the 1000 user limit to allow enterprise teams to scale with greater ease.
Bug Fixes
Page selection now works with OCR’d files
Cross outs now work with OCR’d files
Cropping now works on OCR’d files
New users emails are now being set to verified in the dynamoDB table
The Inspection button is now only active after files are loaded
Filtering out spelling differences now exclude them from Reports
Users can no longer dismiss their files from the Results tab in Proofreader Mode
Known Issues
The overwrite Shape Selection Pop-Up can be dismissed without any action
The Crop Tool does not work well when rotating a file from its original orientation
Annotations can be deleted after using the Crop and/or Marquee tools
Custom Dictionaries are not listed in the inspection parameters
Some audit trail events are logged multiple times, fail to log, or display information as 'Not Available'
The warning banner does not appear in the Results List for inspections with outdated review statuses
Navigating to the Prep tab triggers a "Please re-run inspection" warning even when prep has not changed
