This release focuses on giving you more control during inspections, improving performance across complex files, and strengthening compliance and data management capabilities.
Updates include:
Built-In Pantone® Color Check: Click anywhere on your file to instantly view exact color values and corresponding Pantone® references. Perform quick spot checks directly within your artwork and eliminate manual cross-referencing with external tools.
Navigation by Match: Click on any text and jump directly to its matched counterpart in the other file. Navigate complex layouts, formatting differences, and foreign languages with ease.
Difference Thumbnails in Reports: Visual thumbnails in reports help you quickly spot differences, making reviews faster and easier without scanning entire files.
Align to Match Tool: Manually place alignment anchors and adjust scale to control graphics inspections, especially useful for files with different sizes or layouts.
OCR Improvements: Experience faster inspections, with improved OCR quality and better text extraction.
New Multi-file Upload Window: Users can now upload files from multiple directories in a single workflow, making file selection faster and more flexible.
Removed Spelling Suggestions: Spellcheck has been streamlined by removing automatic spelling suggestions, allowing users to focus on identified errors without distraction
Merge Multiple Inspections: Merge multiple inspections into a single, unified report for easier review and analysis.
Embedded Image Improvements: Improved image detection and the ability to add an image directly to a result when only one match is found, reducing the need to recreate markups.

Note: Validation tracks pertain to a limited group of users. Most users are on the Main Production Environment (GA) and will receive updates accordingly without delay.

Bug Fixes
Barcode Details are no longer missing on Annotated Reports
Crop to Shape no longer applies shapes from all pages to the first page
Layer and Separations no longer affect file rasterization in different ways
BWR range is no longer hardcoded and now respects profiles
Custom graphics profiles are now updating after first modification
Braille window no longer has excess blank space when expanded
Known Issues
When the “default” barcode profile is used in an inspection, it is not stated in the summary report
Email notifications for pending dictionary approvals are not being sent for admins (Validation Track)
Discrepancy between BWR values detected by Verify API and legacy apps
Organizations with more than 1000 users may experience issues with inspection sharing and loading of the My Team table
Annotations can be deleted after using the Crop/Marquee tools
Admin name fields go blank after admin change on SSO tenants and blocks further edits
Crop tool does not work well when rotating file from its original orientation
