This release introduces performance and usability improvements designed to help you move through inspections more efficiently.

Updates include:

  • Inspection-Focused Results Navigation: removes the "All" tab allowing you to review one inspection type at a time for a more intuitive and streamlined results experience.

  • Inspection Search on Home Page Optimized: keeps your personal and shared inspections organized in separate tabs, helping you quickly find the work that matters most.

  • Alphabetical Sorting for Spelling Results: this new sorting option helps you quickly review Spelling Inspection results in alphabetical order.

  • Enhanced Barcode Results: provide greater visibility into barcode quality with detailed grading information, improved BWR values, and clearer insights into what impacts your overall barcode grade.

  • Export Audit Logs and Custom Dictionaries: allows tenant administrators to download complete audit histories and custom dictionaries for easier record keeping, migration, and validation workflows.

  • Improved Reading Order Accuracy: 60% improvement in results for reading order differences.

  • Consistent Results and Report Numbering: keeps grouped differences aligned between Verify and exported reports, making findings easier to review and share.

  • Auto Prep V2 for Verify API: delivers more accurate automatic layer preparation, reducing manual adjustments and helping you review files faster with greater confidence.

    • For our data set of 32 files and roughly 550 layer/separation decisions, our accuracy has improved from 83% to 89%.

  • Faster OCR Processing: reduced OCR processing time by 40–60%, especially when working with large, image-heavy PDFs.

  • Improved performance: enjoy a smoother, more reliable experience with overall performance improvements.

Validation Track URLs

For Verify Enterprise customers with specific regulatory and validation needs who require time to test new features before they are made available to users, GlobalVision offers two additional environments:

  • Validation Production 

  • Validation Sandbox

Note: Validation tracks pertain to a limited group of users. Most users are on the Main Production Environment (GA) and will receive updates accordingly without delay.

Bug Fixes

  • Difference highlights are no longer repainted when restoring a difference type while another difference is selected.

  • Inaccurate thumbnails in the results list has been resolved

  • Document panels no longer stack out-of-view when at certain screen sizes

  • It is no longer possible to remove the last language in the dictionary

  • The match scale feature is now available when OCR is active

  • Difference thumbnails no longer show changes when there are none

  • An error message is now displayed on duplicate bulk word upload

Known Issues

  • Annotations can be deleted after using Crop/Marquee tools

  • Email Push Notifications for Pending Custom Dictionary Words stopped

  • Applying 'Ignore Text' then executing OCR causes misaligned/overlaid text highlights

  • Disallow switching prep tools while unmatched Marquee Zone present

  • Blank admin name fields after admin change on SSO tenants blocks further edits

  • The inspection event logged in audit trails has some missing/incorrect information
