Why is there a problem generating a report in Graphics Inspection?

If you try to run a GlobalVision Web graphics inspection comparing two files with different layouts, you may get the following error message: "There was a problem generating the report or the report no longer exists. Please try again." 

This is because Graphics runs a pixel-by-pixel inspection and is intended to be used to compare only files with similar layouts to discover artwork differences.
