Problem:
The customer was unable to load the master and sample files. It stuck on the loading page. We tested different files and all of them were not loading. They were working previously with the same user.
Solution:
The options for the “PDF Page Boxes” was changed to Trim Box.
We changed the PDF Page Boxes from Trim Box to Media Box and the files were displayed.
