Modules Greyed Out for Print, Digimarc and/or Color
Issue: The customer has purchased an add-on such as Print, Digimarc, and/or Color but the modules are greyed out.
Resolution: The purchased module(s) need to be enabled on the customer's side.
Step 1 - Login as the administrator
Step 2 - Select Menu>Administration>User Manager

Step 3 - The User Manager window will open. Select "Manage Groups"

Step 4 - The "Group Management window will open. For Group "Administrator", place a check box for "Print", "Digimarc" and "color"

Step 5 - Re-launch the application for the changes to be enabled.
