Verify x Veeva Vault Configuration Process

Vault Configuration

The following Vault configurations need to be performed in order to add the necessary Web Actions to send files to Verify.

Web Actions Configurations

  • Login as an admin and navigate to the admin section

  • Click on Configuration

  • Click on Web Actions

  • Click on Create

  • Fill out the dialog with the following fields and click save

  • Create another Web Action with the following fields and click save

Document Lifecycle

  • Login as an admin and navigate to the admin section

  • Click on Configuration

  • Click on Document Lifecycle

  • Click on General (or the relevant Lifecycle for the use case)

  • Click on States

  • Select Draft (or any other state that you would like to add the workflow to)

  • Select the User Actions tab

  • Click Edit

  • At the bottom, click on Create Rule

  • In the dropdown, select Web Action

  • Another dropdown will appear once Web Action is selected. In the new dropdown select Compare to Previous Version

  • Click Add Action

  • Repeat the previous steps with the following information

  • Click Save
