GVW Error - Server Hang-up

Issue: I am trying to run an inspection using the GV Web application and I received the error “Server Hangup”:

Resolution: Most often than not, it is the user’s internet connection that is the root cause of the error “Server hangup”. After verifying their internet connection, the inspection should be completed without issue.
