GVW- "Error 500 Sorry... Internal Server Error" occurred when uploading files

Issue: I am getting an “Error 500 - Sorry Internal Error” after loading the master and sample files in GVW. This is not happening with all files. Just a particular file set that is created using Adobe Illustrator(.ai).

Solution:

This error occurred when there is a "/" character in the file name. Changing the name of the file by removing "/" and replacing it with "-" resolves the issue.

For example, the file name “Master/Inspection.ai” will receive an error message. Correcting it to “Master-Inspection.ai” will not give an error message.
