"Error 500 Null" appears when loading text files in GVW

Issue: I am getting the error 500 Null after loading text files.

Check the following:

1. Make sure the file names for the Master and Sample do not have any special characters like "/".

2. Clear the browser history.

3. Clear the browser cache and cookies.

4. Check that the file names for the Master and Sample do not contain more than 50 characters (including the space).

Solution:

The problem was caused by one sample file. We converted the sample PDF file into MS Word and confirmed it worked.
