Question: Can I upgrade PostgreSQL myself? Or is the database backward compatible? For example, can I use the GVD Version 5.8.1.12 MAC client app with the updated v5.11 database computer?
Answer: Each version of GVD has its own version of PostgreSQL. It must match the PostgreSQL version provided with the GVD installer.
