Question: After installing a few users with concurrent licenses on the Virtual Machine, the GVD application began crashing when specific modules were activated. The ‘Inspect’ button also got grayed out. What can be done to resolve this?

Answer:

While this is not a frequently reported issue, if it does occur, we recommend that you try the following:

  1. Kill all existing licenses/installations of Global Vision

  2. Delete the existing Virtual Machines

  3. Create a new Virtual Machine that meets the system requirements outlined in the GVD Installation Guide.

  4. Reinstall the application
