Problem:

The user provided the site code and after they applied the license key, they received the error message “Type Mismatch error”

Solution:

Contact support@globalvision.co in order to verify if the application is ScanTVS or Digital-Page. The error message “ScanTVS: Type mismatch” is generic and a remote session is needed to confirm if the application is ScanTVS or Digital-Page. The appropriate license needs to be generated depending on the installed application.
