Question: I would like to change my GVD account from a local account to a domain one. How do I go about this?

Answer:

Changing a GVD account from a local to a domain one would mean that the login credentials for the application would have to match the user’s credentials on the domain network of the user’s organization.

Note: The change from a local account to a domain account would require that the database associated with the application be accessed and the necessary modifications made therein. For this, a remote session with one of our Support Technicians, as well as a written consent from the user would be needed.
