Updates 

  • New Electronic Signature functionality:
    - User may sign generated reports (using the unique identifiers: username and password)
    - User (manager or peer) may view and approve/reject reports with electronic signatures. 

  • New shortcut keys to improve the user experience. 

  • Enhanced the display of red boxes surrounding the differences. 

  • New option to generate inspection reports automatically in the background. The event is recorded in the Audit Trail. 

  • New option to automatically save scans. The event is recorded in the Audit Trail. 

  • New option to allow Audit Trail access to standard users (i.e. view, print, export functionality). 

  • Added the following events to the Audit Trail:
    - Master/Sample Unloaded
    - Reset Interface
    - Image adjustment (Brightness, Contrast, Gamma)
    - Signature functionality
    - Job Wizard options
    - Report Details (Product ID, Product Name, Lot). 

  • New option to search for keywords in the Audit Trail window to locate records 

  • Added 'views' in the Audit Trail window to enable easy filtering of information (i.e. Today, This Week, This Month, All Time, Awaiting Approval, Approved, Rejected). 

  • Added the following event description information to the Audit Trail form:
    - Computer name.
    - Windows ID.
    - Access level.
    - Full name. 

  • Added the computer name to the inspection report footer. 

  • Ability to specify the Job ID, Product Name, and Lot # using the job workflow method. 

  • Non-validated Color Inspection Module.

  • Support for Microsoft Windows Server 2016.

Bug Fixes 

  • Ability to expand the dieline size when using shape extraction. 

  • Ability to detect Asian text in layers. 

  • UPC-A barcode decoded correctly (sample-specific). 

  • Corrected the rounding of the average decodability grade to be based on the computed average decodability value instead of the mathematical computed average grade for more-consistent results.

  • ITF-14 barcode with BWR set to 0.4 mm now detected (sample-specific).

  • Ability to generate a barcode inspection even if the resolution set in the profile parameter and the UI-set resolution don’t match (sample-specific).

  • Correct color values display in the Color Picker when the file is rotated.

  • Link to Licensing form connects to the secure website.

  • Identical text gets crossed out when QRD headers are removed (sample-specific).

  • Option to select levels to include in the report is hidden when the “Force inclusion of all differences” feature is enabled.

  • Spelling Inspection no longer removes spaces between words (sample-specific).

  • Cross-out Text and Underline Text features no longer case-sensitive.

  • Report information entered by the user displays in the correct order in the Audit Trail.

  • Updated the Support Link in the Help section to allow the user to connect to the correct website.
