Problem: The user cannot log in to Verify for the first time. They receive the message “Not Found DISMISS”.

  • Their account has been verified and a new password has been set.

  • The program does not accept password emailed.

  • The user also tried using the forgot the password option and entered the new password it doesn’t accept the new password.

Solution: The email field is case sensitive so they have to log in with the email that is registered to their account in other words: test@test.com and not Test@test.com. The issue was fixed by logging in with an email entirely in lowercase.
