User Account - User cannot login for the first time

Problem: The user cannot log in to Verify for the first time. They receive the message “Not Found DISMISS”.

Their account has been verified and a new password has been set.
The program does not accept password emailed.
The user also tried using the forgot the password option and entered the new password it doesn’t accept the new password.
Solution: The email field is case sensitive so they have to log in with the email that is registered to their account in other words: test@test.com and not Test@test.com. The issue was fixed by logging in with an email entirely in lowercase.
