GVW 3.9.1 is a validated patch release deployed to enhance some issues that were discovered post 3.9.0 release.

Bug Fixes

  • Cropping tool issues when toggling layers and separations.

  • Inspect button is disabled when the sample file has a page without live text.

  • Performance issue on the generation and downloading of reports. 

  • Looping error message appears when entering a value above the number of maximum difference ID in the difference ID text box.

  • Cannot interact with comment bubbles in generated reports, because reports are using images instead of the annotated PDFs.

  • In the Spelling module, crossouts do not get retained on inspection page.

  • Unintended linebreak happens for profiles exceeding a certain number of characters in their name.

  • Cropping on Master only does not work in graphics inspections.

Known Issues

  • The list of Layers and Separations detected is inconsistent with that of certain PDF viewers/readers.

  • Certain Text Inspection change differences are detected as insertion/deletion pairs.
