Prerequisite:

Have Synergy and DocuProof installed

Retrieving Hardware ID:

The hardware ID can only be found from within Synergy Admin in the About window within the Help menu.

With the Hardware ID available it can be provided to a GlobalVision Support agent who will generate the necessary license (LIC) file.
